Relax with a 60 Minute restorative yoga sessions. We are beginner friendly.
We will focus on long slow holds, pairing breath with movement, finding your shape and softening into it.
Benefits include:

Releases fascia and improves joint mobility
Props are not needed but may be supportive:
Yoga Blocks (foam or cork blocks to help make postures more accessible)
Yoga strap/ (or a belt or strap from home)
Bolster (or a cushion, pillow rolled up blanket or towel)
Blanket (can be used for padding to support you in a posture and is nice and cozy in resting postures)
Thursday Evenings at 6:30pm and Sunday Afternoons at 12pm
