Angie is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Reiki Master with nearly 30 years of wellness industry experience supporting mind–body balance, nervous system regulation, and restorative self-care.
Her approach is rooted in the understanding that healing is not something done to a person, but a process that unfolds when the body and nervous system feel safe, supported, and at ease.
Angie has spent decades training in a wide range of practices that support emotional regulation, relaxation, and self-awareness. Her background includes Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Yoga and Meditation-based practices, Intuitive Life Coaching, Ayurvedic-informed Nutrition, Aromatherapy, and additional energy-based practices, alongside extensive experience in intuitive mind–body work.
She brings a grounded, compassionate presence to each session, blending ancient wisdom with practical, modern understanding.
Angie believes that meaningful change happens not through concepts alone, but through felt experience — when supportive practices are gently integrated into everyday life.
Having recently returned to Nova Scotia after many years living in India, Angie brings a depth of experience shaped by long-term immersion in traditional wellness practices and mind–body philosophy. The work she offers today is a direct continuation of this experience, focused on self-awareness and intentional living, and delivered through accessible one-on-one sessions and restorative offerings.
